Minden dokumentumnak van címe. A dokumentum címének definiálása a
tag után kezdődhet, és egészen a </HEAD> tagig tart. A cím mindig a dokumentum fejlécében helyezkedik el. Ezt a részét a dokumentumnak általában az ablak címsorában jeleníti meg a legtöbb böngészőprogram.</p>
